Once inspected and approved at our facility, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In the highly unlikely event that your packaging arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. If you notice damage after opening, take immediate photographs and email care@alveerajewellery.com within 24 hours. We will replace or refund the damaged items immediately.
