What to Avoid
Chemicals & Perfume
Always apply perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays before putting on your jewellery. Chemicals can wear down rhodium plating and dull gemstone facets.
Water & Chlorine
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming in pools, or entering hot tubs. Chlorine and mineral deposits leave film overlays on gemstones.
Physical Activities
Take off rings and bracelets before gym workouts, gardening, or heavy lifting. Silver is a soft precious metal and can bend under pressure.
How to Clean Your Jewellery
Follow this gentle cleaning routine once every month to remove body oils and atmospheric residue.
The Warm Soak
Prepare a bowl of warm (not hot) water mixed with a few drops of mild, chemical-free dish soap. Soak your jewellery for 5 to 10 minutes to loosen accumulated oils and dirt.
Gentle Brushing
Use a new, ultra-soft baby toothbrush to gently clean the underside of the stones and prongs where dirt accumulates. Do not scrub hard as it can loosen micro-settings.
Rinse & Polish
Rinse thoroughly in clean, warm water. Dry immediately using a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth. Gently buff the metal parts to restore the mirror-like shine.
How to Store Your Pieces
To avoid scratches, fine jewellery should never be thrown together in a drawer. Metals rub against each other and harder diamonds can scratch soft silver surfaces.
